I am so appreciative of Dr Gee's explanations during the exam.
He is so completely thorough that asking if the patient has questions
at the end is almost unnecessary because he leaves nothing to ask
questions about. I also appreciate the respect he has with his patients
of all ages to not talk down to them or make them feel rushed as though
his mind was already on the next patient.

I just love the overall experience at Gee Eye Care. Not only
is Dr Gee the best ever - but he expects his staff to be as well. In
this day and age it is so refreshing to be in a physician's office where
"customer service and satisfaction" actually matter! More so than
that, Dr Gee's knowledge and expertise is so very valuable. I also
appreciate the fact that the office has the latest technology. Just
love this place!

I appreciated Dr Gee's thorough explantion of each part of my
eye examination. He took the time to explain what was happening to my
eyes when I wear my contacts for a long period of time. He also
explained Corneal Neovascularization which I Googled to learn more.

From beginning to end, Dr. Gee and his staff go above and
beyond to provide the best care I have ever received from any eye
doctor. The staff is extremely helpful, and very responsive either via
phone or email. The technology in use in the office is far beyond
anything I had ever seen before. If you've been going to the local mall
chain, stop! I guarantee you won't regret it!

few hours before was an excellent reminder. I also had a question about
some new vision insurance that I get through work, and Lilyan was very
helpful and called me the next day with what she found out, even though
it was that you aren't members of that particular plan.

I was amazed when I called before 8:00 a.m. in the morning
that I was able to speak to a staff member (Lilyan)instead of an
answering service. I was even more impressed that Lilyan was able to
schedule my daughter to be seen the same day during evening office
hours. Furthermore, Dr. Gee was great while diagnosing my young
daughter's eye issue, and both of my girls are looking forward to their
eye exams in June. Thanks so much!

Dr Gee is the best - you can get a complete eye exam in
alittle over an hour. This process used to take me several hours. The
office is very clean & has the latest technology available.

| Lilian went out of her way to fit us in (my daughter) on a Saturday after she broke her only pair of glasses. Not only did she work us in at 8:00 p.m. at night, everyone at Dr. Gee's office was extremely friendly and courteous. Dr. Gee went out of his way to ensure my daughter had a brand new pair of glasses within 3 business days. That is unheard of in today's world! We were so grateful for all his efforts and also to his staff for making the time and staying late just for us. We will all be seeing Dr. Gee from now on. |
